Current Positions

Position(s) available for senior/congregate-care housing facilities in the San Fernando Valley, Thousand Oaks and Inland Empire similar in size and scope to those in our Featured Projects section of our website.

Position requires excellent leadership skills for on-site administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations related to the project. Project Superintendent will report to and work closely with a Project Manager and have interaction with client representatives and building officials.

Candidate must have five (5) years experience as a project superintendent for similar projects with a proven record of delivering projects in a profitable, timely, and quality manner, with knowledge and enforcement of applicable building and safety codes. Candidate must possess good communication skills, both oral and written, along with excellent organizational ability. Computer proficiency is required (MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, with some knowledge of scheduling software – i.e. - Primavera).
Applicant must be legally eligible for employment in the United States.
